Thank you everyone for sending positive vibes. It all went well although the op was longer than expected, 2.5 hours following four hour wait to get started. Arrived 7.15 and left at 6.30 so long day. All very efficient with Covid care etc. Nurses are a delight, very loving and thoughtful. I’ve now got four little cuts and some bruising but I haven’t needed pain killers. Elena collected me and we had a delicious salmon dinner and ice cream desert very yummy.
